We treat the valued Indonesian tailoring staff, our core competence, with friendly respect and dignity – because we know the importance of their work. Since the first steps in 1995, the management of the production facility has been in the hands of one Indonesian family. Many of the colleagues have been with us since the beginning. This creates special trust.
