General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 General
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts. We hereby expressly object to any deviating provisions of the contractual partner.

All agreements require our written confirmation.

Campur Mode is entitled at any time to amend or supplement these General Terms and Conditions, including any annexes, with a reasonable period of notice. Orders received before this date will be processed according to the old General Terms and Conditions still valid at that time.

§ 2 Offer
Our offers are non-binding. Deviations from and technical changes to our illustrations or descriptions are not possible.

§ 3 Minimum order value
We do not have a minimum order value.

§ 4 Payment
You can pay cash on delivery, in advance and by credit card.

The invoice amount is due within two weeks of receipt of the goods. Should the buyer be in arrears with payment, we are entitled to charge a fee of 5.00 euros per reminder.

For all other payment methods, payment is due immediately.

All our prices include VAT at the current rate of 19%.

§ 5 Delivery and delivery time
We are anxious to deliver the goods ordered by you as quickly as possible. If there are any problems with the delivery, you will be informed immediately.
